Cancellation & Transfer Policy
 

This Cancellation Policy applies to all registrations for the Chief Strategy Officer Conference, scheduled for April 25 & 26, 2026 in London, and operated by The Strategy Brief Pty Ltd (“we”, “our”, “us”).
 

1. Attendee Cancellations

If you are no longer able to attend, you may:
 

• Transfer your ticket to a colleague at no cost

• Defer your ticket to the 2026 Chief Strategy Officer Conference
   

All requests must be submitted in writing to max@cso-conference.com on or before October 21, 2025 (i.e. prior to the event start date).

2. Ticket Transfers
 

To transfer your ticket to a colleague, please provide:

​

• Your full name and email address

• The replacement attendee’s full name, title, and email address
   

Transfers can be made at any time before the event, up to October 21, 2025. There is no fee for transfers.
 

3. Exceptional Circumstances
 

In cases of serious illness, emergencies, or force majeure, we may consider alternate arrangements on a case-by-case basis Please contact us directly.
 

4. Event Cancellation or Postponement
 

If the event is cancelled or rescheduled due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. public health restrictions, venue closure, natural disaster):
 

• Your ticket will be automatically transferred to the new event dates

• If you are unable to attend the new dates, you may defer your ticket to the following year’s conference
   

If the event is cancelled for reasons within our control, you will receive a full refund of your registration fee.
 

All registered attendees will be notified via email as soon as possible.
 

5. No-Show Policy
 

Registrants who do not attend the event and have not submitted a transfer or deferral request in advance will be considered a no-show. No refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued for no-shows.
